About Pathways 2 Fitness - Jessie Fletcher
Pathways 2 Fitness is dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs. I believe in the power of fitness to transform lives and am committed to providing the guidance and support needed to make it happen.
Combining 20+ years of coaching fitness with my own fitness journey, I have learned along the way that obstacles and life events usually appear to challenge your fitness goals. I find that helping individuals retain focus, reduce injury risk and, if necessary, discover alternative pathways to reach their fitness goals, is incredibly rewarding.
Sometimes we all need help “getting back on that horse” and adopting my mantra: “you can do this”!
